On activclient (middleware), it would say no card reader detected. I am using a SCR331 and a Stanley global as card readers. My CAC card reader was working fine until this last update to Windows 10. The issue is that whatever update to USB use was made, broke the USB port to identify that a CAC Card reader is plugged in. For example, I have my CAC Card reader plugged into the USB port. It lights up and receives power. Both led lights turn on. Under "Settings">"Internet Options">"Content" Tab>"Certificates" Button>"Personal" Tab: None of my certificates register from my card reader.
