So I just got off the phone with Bell ( technical support) and they said since the 9241 has an internal smart card , it’s outdated , which makes the receiver outdated. Then she tried to sell me a new one for 0, or rental. I ordered a 9241 PVR HD which will be here on Friday with the technician. I also ordered a 6131 which arrived via Purolator. I opened the box, but there is no smart card in the box.
